If you have not often felt
the joy of doing a kind act,

Previous Projects
Helping Hands Africa can look back at a long and successful history in project implementation to thousands of people, and behind those thousands are mothers, children, brothers and sisters. People like you and me. People who do not know what to do next. People whose world has literally collapsed. People who had terrifying, traumatic or hopeless experiences. People who now have shelter, a shirt to wear, a new roof over their head and a full stomach before they go to bed.
