Our Approach 
Helping Hands Africa (HHA) acknowledges the severity and the impact HIV/AIDS has in Africa. We are committed to fight the pandemic across this vast continent by preventing, as far as possible, the further spread of this disease amongst the African people, as well as to bring relief and new hope to those who are victims to AIDS and are either directly or indirectly affected.
Our AIDS ministry carefully develops individually designed action plans, campaigns, projects and programmes, uniquely planned, for maximum impact. Our projects are designed with self-sustainability and self-expansion in mind for long-term success, continuation and growth. The programmes are then implemented and managed by members of the community, while we provide supervision and assistance. This allows the beneficiaries and those involved in these projects and programmes to not only take ownership and responsibility for the projects, but it also helps them to help themselves and teaches others to do the same. |
